Style: A fresh, vibrant whisky with distinct smoky character.


Created to the rigorous standards set up by The Soil Association, this special edition of Benromach Organic has been made using the finest Scottish organic barley, dried using peat smoke to produce a single malt with a distinctly smoky character. Matured in casks made from virgin American oak this fresh, vibrant single malt whisky is smooth and creamy.

Without water

Nose: Light & delicate fruity aromas - hints of soft, fresh fruits. A subtle smoky edge develops.

Palate: Mouth warming with a distinctive peaty note present, hints of charred oak and a sweet, cream toffee finish.

With water

Nose: Fresh aromas with a floral, perfumed note. Some green fruitiness arrives with a touch of cut grass. The sweet, toffee aromas continue.

Palate: The smokiness is now more evident but surrounded by a smooth vanilla sweetness. Some roasted malt and oak notes linger in the background.
